Guests arrive from Historic Downtown Savannah aboard Elite Trolley for an immersive corporate event experience at The Mackey House in Savannah, Georgia. Located just minutes from the Historic District, the venue offers an elegant private estate setting for corporate events, weddings, and celebrations.
Golden Hour at The Mackey House in Savannah, Georgia was a celebration of community, creativity, hospitality, and shared experiences brought together across one of the region’s most dynamic event venues.
Maring Visuals was honored to be invited by The Mackey House specifically to capture and help tell the story of this extraordinary evening. The goal was not simply event documentation. The objective was to showcase what makes The Mackey House one of Savannah’s premier destinations for corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and elevated guest experiences.
Through photography, cinematic filmmaking, aerial perspectives, and original music, our team set out to create a visual experience that allowed future guests and event hosts to imagine what is possible here.

A Venue Designed for Flow and Discovery
What makes The Mackey House different is that the experience is never confined to a single room.
Guests gather and explore entertainment experiences during a corporate event in the garden at The Mackey House in Savannah Georgia.
The property unfolds naturally through multiple connected environments that invite movement, conversation, and exploration.
Guests arrived through the historic main house where elegant living spaces created opportunities for welcoming moments, introductions, cocktails, and conversation. Hidden within the home is an unexpected speakeasy that gives guests another layer of discovery.
Beyond the house, the elevated deck opens dramatically over the property and creates a natural gathering place for cocktails, dancing, music, and relaxed interaction.
From there, guests move into lavish gardens that connect seamlessly to the larger reception space. This elegant pavilion can remain open to the outdoors or operate in climate controlled comfort, making The Mackey House especially versatile for summer events and large scale experiences.
On the far side of the property, wooded gardens surrounding the pond and fountains created space for activities, networking, games, and casual connection.
Each environment became part of the story.

Golden Hour transformed the property into an immersive corporate experience. Guests enjoyed gourmet catering and luxurious desserts while moving between live entertainment, activities, and curated social spaces.
Throughout the evening attendees experienced:

What made the event memorable was not any single activation.
It was the way each experience connected together and encouraged guests to move naturally throughout the property.
Capturing the Event Through Storytelling
To showcase the atmosphere of Golden Hour, Maring Visuals approached coverage with a cinematic mindset. Our team documented the event using a combination of handheld cameras, stabilized gimbal movement, and aerial cinematography to reveal the full scale and flow of the venue. As a certified commercial drone pilot, Charles Maring incorporated elevated perspectives that highlighted how guests moved between spaces and experienced the property as a whole.
Rhoot Man Savannah brings creative flavors to specialty cocktails at The Mackey House.
Rather than focusing only on staged moments, the coverage emphasized interaction, atmosphere, transitions, and emotion. The result became more than an event recap… It became a story.
Alongside cinematic video production and still photography, Maring Visuals also developed and produced a custom original jingle inspired by Golden Hour and aligned with the event's marketing vision.
Photography preserved the details.
Film revealed the movement.
Music gave the experience a voice.
Together, the final collection was created to communicate what it actually feels like to gather at The Mackey House.
